What Happens When You Opt-Out?

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing your opt-out request. We may:
- Ask you to confirm information you previously provided to us
- Contact you at the phone number or email address you provided
- Request additional information to verify your identity
- Ask for a copy of government-issued identification in certain circumstances
We will only use information provided during verification to confirm your identity and will not retain it for any other purpose.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:
